FAQ'S

Challenges are incentives for walkers, runners and those of you just starting out on your fitness journey. Each month you select a distance to complete, and once you’ve done it, send your evidence to us. We’ll then send you one of our lovely medals!

First you have to join our reward club, just click "join the club" on the Rewards tab (bottom right of website). Then you can earn points by completing actions. You can see the list of actions available, for you to build up your points, on the rewards tab by clicking 'learn more' and 'earn points'.

It’s very simple. Just click on the Rewards tab (bottom right of the website) to see how you can use your points, select your choice and we’ll do the rest!

Don’t worry! You can contact us via our contact page and we’ll sort it out for you.

Distances cannot be adjusted within 15 days of the end of the month.

You can upload your evidence on our submit page.

There may be several reasons why you are not receiving emails from us - whether a registration email, challenge related or other messages.

When you first subscribe, you will receive a 'Please confirm my subscription email' this may well go in to your spam / junk or trash folder (how rude !) please do check these folders and click 'Yes, subscribe me'.

Your email service provider (in particular the large webmail providers such as Hotmail, Yahoo etc.) may mark our email as spam. To avoid this you should check your spam / junk folder and mark emails from Striving To as safe / trusted / not spam or move them to your inbox.

We suggest adding 'info@strivingto.co.uk' to your email contacts / email address book.

If the emails are not in your spam / junk / trash folder you may have entered the wrong email address, please get in touch at info@strivingto.co.uk or via our contact page and we will look into it and do our best to resolve the issue.
