Shipping and returns


Medals: Medals are sent free of charge as a reward for completing a challenge. They are posted as soon as reasonably possible after we receive your evidence.


Postage costs are as follows:

    Medal displays:
    • 1 x Medal display £3.99 using Royal Mail’s signature on delivery service. 
    • 2 x Medal display £5.99 using Royal Mail's signature on delivery service.
    • 3 or more Medal displays free shipping.

    We use Royal Mail’s signature on delivery service to give you peace of mind that you’ll receive your order safely and securely.  All orders are posted within 24 hours of purchase. Should you have any queries regarding delivery please contact us at

    Returns Policy

    We hope you love your purchases as much as we do, but if for some reason you wish to return your items please read the following:

    • Return your purchase to us, complete with the returns slip, within 28 days of receiving it.
    • We recommend using a tracked postage service and that you keep your receipt until your refund has been received. Striving To will not be held responsible for any returns parcels lost in transit.
    • Postage costs are non-refundable.
    • All items must be returned unused, unworn and in their original packaging with any original tags attached. Returns received in a damaged or worn condition will not be refunded.
    • Once the returned items are received, refunds will be processed within 1 - 4 business days and you will receive confirmation of your refund via email. Please note you will not be reimbursed for the original postage cost.
    • Refunds can only be issued to your original payment card or account.
    • When returning an item please ensure the correct postage is paid. Any costs incurred by Striving To due to insufficient postage on a return will be deducted from your refund.

    The following items are non-refundable:

    • Medals, pins or badges which are received as a reward for completing a challenge are non-refundable. In the unfortunate event that your medal arrives broken or damaged, please let us know and we will be happy to replace it for you.
